Refund Policy

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us with a valid reason for refund. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a refund, you can contact us using the form on the contact page.

If your refund is accepted, we'll send the amount charged back to the same account/bank you used to pay for the item purchased within 10 business days. You can always contact us for any refund questions. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
